About Karla
For over a decade, I’ve been building bridges between businesses and communities
by helping companies use their influence, products, and resources for good. My work lives at the intersection of technology, community, and policy, creating social-impact strategies that not only change lives but also drive real business outcomes.
From launching Amazon’s first national domestic-violence initiative leveraging Ring technology (impacting 45,000 survivors and engaging 100+ policymakers) to raising $1 million for Habitat for Humanity LA as Builders Ball Chair, I’ve seen the power of aligning purpose with performance.
Now, as a Social Impact and Partnerships Strategist, I guide organizations ready to deepen their impact and build trust with purpose-driven programs, all without the cost of a full-time team.
My approach is strategic, human, and collaborative, blending community partnerships with business growth and policy advocacy with PR. Whether you’re looking to launch a new initiative, amplify an existing program, or build a social-impact function from the ground up, I help you do it with clarity, creativity, and credibility.
I’m passionate about helping companies lead with purpose by combining social impact, strategic partnerships, advocacy, and storytelling to create impact that matters. Let’s connect! I’d love to explore how purposeful strategy can strengthen your brand, inspire your people, deepen community impact, and drive meaningful business results.
